Donations

East Side Community Arts is fiscally sponsored by a 501c(3) nonprofit organization and operates entirely on donations from individuals and small grants.  Donations made to East Side Community Arts are tax deductible.

There are several ways to SUPPORT East Side Community Arts:

Individual Contributions

Almost half of our funding comes from individual donations averaging less than $50 each.  Although we work hard to secure grants to cover as much of our costs as possible, ESCA needs help from individuals like you!

Currently, ESCA needs to raise $8,000 in individual donations in order to meet our Summer 2019 goal.  Every dollar helps!

To donate online:
Donations are managed through our fiscal sponsor Alliance For Youth Achievement.  We use Network for Good to accept donations big and small.

Make sure to write "ESCA" in the designation field!

To donate via mail:
Checks can be made out to our fiscal sponsor with “East Side Community Arts” noted in the memo and mailed to: Alliance For Youth Achievement PO Box 56178 San Jose, CA 95156

Grant Funding

East Side Community Arts relies on small grants from local foundations to sustain our program.  ESCA has received grants from the Leo M. Shortino Foundation, Applied Materials, and a City of San Jose "take pART" grant in the past.
